This year’s pageant will be held virtually June 6th via zoom and pre-recorded video submissions.

No experience necessary!  All aspects of the pageant are held in one day.  There are no other days of competition or rehearsals.

To Qualify for Miss Harbor Cities’ Outstanding Teen, a contestant must:

• Be between the ages of 13-17, enrolled in school
• Be a United States citizen
• Meet residency requirements by either living or attending school full time in the state of Wisconsin
• Meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America Organization
