The Miss Harbor Cities scholarship competition is a local preliminary to both Miss Wisconsin and Miss America for young women ages 13-28 and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization.
MISSION: The Miss Harbor Cities Organization provides scholarship assistance to young women ages 13-28, fosters mentorship and professional development opportunities, and supports community service initiatives.
