The MHC Organization is proud to present Miss Harbor Cities & Miss Harbor Cities’ Teen 2027 competitions on Saturday, October 17, at the Capitol Civic Centre in Manitowoc, WI.

For the 2027 competition, our organization is seeking businesses and organizations that would be interested in partnering with us as as a sponsor for our 2027 competition being held October 17, 2026.

The Miss Harbor Cities scholarship competition is a local preliminary to both Miss Wisconsin and Miss America for young women ages 13-28 and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization.

MISSION: The Miss Harbor Cities Organization provides scholarship assistance to young women ages 13-28, fosters mentorship and professional development opportunities, and supports community service initiatives.
